Wild TV × Tasmanian Tiger Giveaway – Official Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor

The Tasmanian Tiger x Wild TV Giveaway (the “Contest”) is organized and administered by Wild Television Ltd. (the “Sponsor”). Hudson Supplies is the supplier of the prize only and is not responsible for the administration of the Contest.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, or any other social platform.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins upon publication and ends on March 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time) (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, Hudson Supplies, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

To enter, participants must subscribe to the Wild TV and Hudson Supplies email newsletters during the Contest Period through the official Contest landing page.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries, including through duplicate email addresses, identities, or automated means, may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive Tasmanian Tiger products with an approximate retail value of $2,170 CAD.

The prize:

• Must be accepted as awarded

• Is non-transferable

• Is not redeemable for cash

• Cannot be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The selected entrant will be contacted by email during the week of March 22, 2026. To be declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:

• Respond to the notification email within three (3) days of it being sent

• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance

If the selected entrant does not respond within three (3) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant may be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering the Contest, entrants agree that if selected as the winner, their name, city of residence, photograph, and/or likeness may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes in any media, including social media and email communications, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Email Communications

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to receive marketing email communications from Wild TV and Hudson Supplies. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email. Unsubscribing will not affect eligibility for the Contest once an entry has been received during the Contest Period.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Hudson Supplies, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, delayed, or incomplete entries

• Technical failures of any kind

• Unauthorized human intervention

• Errors in the administration of the Contest

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the Contest.

For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of the Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

11. Governing Law

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws of Canada.
